Hello and welcome to the club! I was in the exact same shoes... now some time ago.. and I know the feeling! There are quite a few things you need to know and keep in mind when vaping, some of which are not discussed that often, but if you're looking for a complete guide not only novices but also some more experienced vapers may find useful, then see this page here: ecigsuk.org.uk/guide-to-safe-vaping/As for Cirro 2, nothing wrong with it but there are also some better options out there at the moment so do a bit more research before shopping for your first e-cig.

Exactly my thoughts, we're not getting any younger so need to look after ourselves. The reality is, the older you get the more you start appreciating your health. E-cigs have helped me but I am still leaning towards even more healthier lifestyle so who knows, maybe I'll manage to cut off completely this year. Thanks djs

I quit real cigarettes more than a year ago, been on e-cigs every now and then but still can't get rid of the annoying cough. There's not been a single day in the last 12 months that I haven't had to cough. Been to a few different GP's but the best I got from them is that it's the stomach acid which is irritating my throat when I am breathing.
Anyway, I am trying to cut down even on e-cigs but can't quit them for good just yet. Too much of a habit freak I am.
Hope you're all OK.

Hi everyone, I am new to the forum and my name is Nicole so just a quick introduction. I used to be a fairly active tobacco smoker back in days but switched to e-cigs more than a year ago. Although I am sure that I don't use e-cigs as much as most of you here, every now and then I do fall for the habit I established over the years. Have a lovely Sunday everyone. Nicole
