Buy or not to Buy - Screwdriver MK2?

Hi all,
Looking for advice?
I am thinking of treating myself to a new toy
A SCREWDRIVER MK II....
Are they a good buy? vape? Reliable? and if so do you know where I can get one for a good price? (preferably Black)
Totally wicked (out of stock)
Any advice/guidance appreciated

Hi I have an SD and get on well with it, although I have not used it in a while. Some people have had issues though

Silver/chrome ones are better, black ones can have conductivity problems.

Yes, thankfully I had read about the black ones (which is what I gave) as soon as it arrived, I showed my husband the pic I came across on the internet and he gently rubbed away the black paint that apparently caused some people problems. I am very happy with mine so far, it meets my present needs......but there is a big box of toys out there......I must avoid for now.....

Took the plunge and bought the job lot of screwdrivers off Raggy. Really looking forward to receiving them as I love to tinker.....

Screwdriver is a super bit of kit but has a major fault THE SWITCH is crap not only can the button work its way off and thus lose the spring also - the spring can get deformed causing you to try and stretch it out a bit . It rarely works properly after being tinkered with . Attempt to get a spare and for a spring worth 10p you have to invest £5 + postage to get a spring button and screw , Scandalous theses should be sold as a pack of 10 springs with probably 2 buttons and one screw for about £3 . Currently looking at a spring from another product or supplier to rectify the problem.

I agree about the button/spring, I've had to replace my spring once as it became stretched (I think that was the problem). I use a real screwdriver to tighten up the button screw and, so far so good it hasn't loosened at all. One 'problem' I am having is that when using an adapter/510 carto, the device runs far too hot to handle - so I don't.

Went into TW shop in Oldham today expecting to be able to get a SD switch or probably just a couple of springs and guess what no stock of such things and only had a very limited stock of anything else ,prices not good for the limited stock either £10 for a cone atomiser got 30ml of cherry whilst i was there at £15 instead of £20 due to an offer ongoing - also 4 10 ml bottles could be had for the price of three £15, unknown chinese brand.Now purchased a pack of 5 switch sets from TW at cost of £23 inc postage - not happy and have also ordered from another source a box of assorted compression springs in the hope that some will be suitable for SD use.
