Just bought some .32 Kanthal and a couple of M3 screws, and 8 wraps on a microcoil give me 1.5ohm - great in my Russian on the Caravela, and because the wire is so sturdy, much easier to work with too.

Yeah the .2 was quite springy even after firing it. I used one of those blowtorch lighters. The Mr wouldn't trust me with the proper blowtorch lol, I did set my plaster on fire though so I can see why lol.

I use .32 Kanthal for all my coils now and for me, 10 wraps around a 1.5mm. drill bit gives me about 1.3ohms and fits very nicely in the Aerotank.

collie2011 - that wire (20+ metre on a spool) cost me about £6 delivered from The Vape Mesh Company. That's one hell of a lot of microcoils, bearing in mind that one coil lasts me about 3 weeks on average!!

Just done a few calculations, that will make you 149 years of age by the time you need to order another spool.

I've seen the Vape mesh company mentioned a few times, they are only 2 or 3 miles from me, wonder if they'd let me go pick it up haha.

I'm sure it's 10 wraps of .32mm on a 1.6mm 14 gauge needle that I use for the ladies evod, protank type coil heads. 1.7ohms, spot on for the evod imo. I use .32 and .34 exclusively these days for everything.
