why just why
made the mistake of trying to buy some batts from them today.Haddent been in there shop before but knew were it was as passed it a few times,so looked on da tinterweb yeppers they sell what i want ,is there a number for the shop nope but the shop is were gregs bakery used to be so is huge.
when in and they got 2 tiny display cabinets and not much else,so i asked the lass behind the counter for a 18350 and a 18650 batt.Guess what she gave me yep 2 evod batts, so i showed her a 18350 and was told oh no we dont stock them with a puzzled look at wich point ii said you web sight says you do,to be told oh yes but we keep the shops as simple as poss

Let's face it. Liberty Flights lost the plot ages ago. They are a perfect example of how to ruin a trusted name by setting up useless franchise outlets and allowing their previously good name to be associated with ripping off in Australia.
Sad really. Nobody (apart from newbies) has got a good word to say about them.

i just couldent understand why have a shop with hardly anything and i mean the place is empty,almost feel sorry for the peps that work there mus be bored outa there mind

Went to my local one a week ago and it sounds familiar. They had about 20 Pg juices, 2 starter kits, 1 vg juice (Tobacco) and a few basic clearos

I bought my original kit from LF nearly two years ago, and still use them for my Shire Malt juice, as there's only a couple of stockists that I've found, and it depends which one has stock. Delivery has always been top notch from their main office.

However, I've also seen negative reviews on their B&M shops, which is a shame and a missed opportunity. Don't know if that is down to LF or the naivety of the franchisees. Can't see McDonalds et al, handing over a franchise, bearing their name, without ensuring it was going to give excellent service and availabilty.

The same has happened in their St. Erth branch, near Hayle here in Cornwall. Their retail space is huge, and they have a desk, the smallest counter known to man, and a piddling stock, most of it still in the boxes it arrived in stacked against a wall.
The two staff who I have spoken to in the store were vaping true enough, but using Spinners and Protanks, no doubt using their staff discount to vape XO juices.
They seemed amazed when I told them I not only mixed my own juices but recoiled my own heads. When I produced my Vamo from my jacket pocket, they seemed genuinely puzzled, obviously not having seen one before.
With stock and staff like this, it's no wonder that they are not doing very well (spot the understatement!).

Seems a running theme with the LF shops.

Liverpool is the same. Staffed by lovely people, who know absolutely nothing about vaping. And don't vape themselves so can't recommend anything.

And no stock beyond the basics. Funny thing is. There's a few shops popped up in Liverpool and all within a stones throw of LF. Rojeans for one. Adam is very knowledgable and stocks both basic and advance stuff as well as a load of juices (wizmix, helycon haze to name a few). Which is it they think vapers will choose?

Exactly. The whole point is to replicate an existing model; operations and physical "offering". Without it, the people who have taken on the franchise are getting no advantage... so, effectively paying money for nothing.

When you buy a franchise, you are agreeing to uphold the franchisor’s way of doing business. In return, you gain the right to run an individual (or multiple) business unit(s) built on proven methods and with a high probability of success.

the web sight gave the impression of some were that would make tottaly wicked look useless and gave no impression that they did not keep any stock in
dont get me wrong i was miffed when i had driven there and although im a big softy im 6,3 and crew cut so i dont look to good when im miffed and confused
if i owned a shop im pretty shore i would like to know about what im selling and have the best variety of goods possible
to be offered a ego batt in stead of a 18000 batt just blew me away spesh as i had to show her what i was on about

feal sorry for the peps that take up these franchises cause they aint gona last long or make much money if they dont have the stock

lol , if youve noticed LB only stock 10ml bottles of juice why ? to max there profits,that shops only there to hit new vapers starting off and when i say hit i mean rip open there wallets and grab as much as they can.
if they started to do 30s and 50s ect you would get a reduced price as your buying more .... but they dont want that to happen,check there prices and its always the higher end of the scale thats around.
