Liverpool is the same. Staffed by lovely people, who know absolutely nothing about vaping. And don't vape themselves so can't recommend anything.

And no stock beyond the basics. Funny thing is. There's a few shops popped up in Liverpool and all within a stones throw of LF. Rojeans for one. Adam is very knowledgable and stocks both basic and advance stuff as well as a load of juices (wizmix, helycon haze to name a few). Which is it they think vapers will choose?

Thanks for the compliment, just out of interest, I don't think LF realised that there were quite so many B&M shops in the Liverpool as there are, I'd estimate it at over 20, 10 of which are within a short walking distance including ourselves and TW.
I'm just glad that we had the chance to build a loyal customer base (Thank you everyone) before every one else. Actually, I think we were the first B&M in town perhaps even Merseyside.
I'm sure once LF have finished their expansion program, they will start stocking up as per their site.

i would have to agree
The staff have to know what they are selling or there simply is no point
if you go to a car show room and ask a sails guy the specks of a car you would want more of an answer than its got 4 wheels and it shiney lol

I had a similar experience in a Barmouth b&m the other day.
They had a tiny counter and all I seen was alien mods and dinner lady juice. I sat down and started chatting to the owner and it quickly became obvious that he didn't really have a clue about anything!
I left feeling very dismayed and wishing I had the money to start my own shop 😕

So has anything changed with LF shops? I'm tempted to visit the Blackpool shop, I need a new mod, maybe a Smok Alien kit. Is there a chance they wouldn't stock these, or even COV Minis which are on sale on the web site for £10.99?

Is it this store you were thinking of paying a visit to pxr5 ?

If so, you could always give them a ring before going, to find out what stock they carry . . . . .

I tend to order most of my vaping gear online, so have never actually been in a LF store to comment, but I would certainly expect to at least be able to purchase 18650's if I went into a B&M store!
