I think this is ripe for 'Undercover Boss - UK' ... anyone ever seen this?... USA, Canada, Australia etc... brings me to tears every time, when they give their employees / franchisees, houses, medical operations etc, and the UK version gives them zilch!

Anyway, I think LF top brass need to get in there and sort it before the comments get so bad that it will affect their prime business. It is not rocket science is it... at the moment they are just spreading bad news.

I haven't been to the local LF shop because I've heard they are rubbish. To be honest I find LF overpriced and think they are trading on the good reputation they had years ago when there weren't as many vendors and certainly not as many one stop type places.

There are better, more customer oriented vendors around now who I would rather send my money towards.

When I first started I used to buy most of my stuff from Liberty Flights, I think the Guys name was Abe?

Then all of a sudden things just got bad, there was never any stock and their loyalty/review discounts almost disappeared.

To top it all I bought some of their XO juice and it was a huge disappointment to me.

I just looked at my account and below is PROOF of me buying vape gear in 2009!

LF isn't too far from me , but I would have to drive right past Jasons front door ( Shop ) to even get on the motorway ..... nuff said

collie2011 I was in a Flavour Vapour shop in Plymouth yesterday and was impressed at the range of E-cigs ad Mods that they had. They had VTR's Spinners, Hammer Mods and 18350 and 18650 batteries, plus drip tips stands etc.....etc.....

Ok they charge £4.99 for 10ml of liquid but they run a 3 for 4 offer and offer a loyalty disount scheme that brings the cost down, TBH I was impressed!

I think we sometimes forget just how much it costs to run a B&M shop so the prices reflect the overheads.

Oh I totally get where you are coming from and understand that a B&M shop can have higher overheads and just the fact you get to taste the juices and feel the items makes paying a little extra worthwhile sometimes, they certainly have their place. But for an online store to be overpriced in a bouyant market just seems daft to me. On some stuff online they aren't even competitive.

If stuff was cheaper online and there was a disclaimer saying online only prices then I think that is a fair way of doing it and remaining competitive.

Paying a little extra for instant Vape gratification makes sense to me, having a brilliant range online and then empty shops seems daft.

Says a lot... Jason interacts with his customers, and hopefully, feels the benefit.

I've no beef with LF but I just feel they could do such more by being pro-active on the forums, and absolutely, sorting out their B&M shops. They appear to be causing so much damage to their reputation by being so 'hands off'. Don't take customers for granted... they always have a choice,

I drive past LF Hayle shop every week, and now wouldn't choose to stop again. Not with a new vape shop opening much closer to me soon - eh, zeldamum?

I used to buy quite a lot from LF... Infact I got one of my colleagues into vaping due to us being able to nip there in a lunchbreak and grab some goodies...

The next time I went there, knowledgeable staff had gone and if you didn't want XO juices or the stuff you can pick up at a Bargain Booze your buggered "Oh you can order online" *sigh* Shame as it really was easy to just pop there for spare heads and batteries... Don't get me started on them killing off their original range as XO blueberry is just NOT the same...

The LF shops are not franchise shops, they are owned and run by LF, the people who set the St Erth one up came down to set it up. The interview panel was based on head office and done via Skype with a bad link.

LF are foolish, they had a great reputation online, but are losing it with their shops. Their shops are huge and could offer so much to vapers.

I've driven past the shop near me and although it isn't massive it still looks bare. There is nowhere local to me that sells palatable juice, mod batteries or anything beyond an Evod. Well there is a TW franchise that I haven't been into because I still can't figure out how I get to it, you can see it from the main road, but to actually get to it you have to go through all these rat runs and I've never managed to get there.
