View of aerotank base before fix Pushed out pin Pin with small o-ring on, i've got it from kayfuns fill hole. Then im putting pin gasket back but from the inside of base And at the end im pushing pin with o-ring back, but also from inside of base This works for me so far. Only because im switching my tanks between few other mods, that problem was really a nnoing. Quick fix for that is to screw out the coil, pull the coil pin a bit out and screw it back in.

Most of these problems with the MVP could be avoided if vendors included an instruction sheet showing how the beauty ring can be used to stop a tank wobbling by screwing the ring up to meet the tank rather than screwing the tank down until it was on solid. I bet most of the returns they get with the MVP are due to tanks being screwed down hard onto the mod then them not firing afterwards. Its not something that's instantly obvious either, it was months after I started vaping before I realised that I could use the beauty ring to secure a tank and stop it wobbling around.

Sounds like all the main points have been covered already, but I'd reiterate the same advice. The connection between the pin and the top of the battery is going to be the root problem in most cases. The pin either isn't making contact properly, or the tank has been screwed on too tightly, causing the MVP to short out and fail to 'read' the atomiser. On an Ego style battery, this usually will have the effect of causing the LED to flash when you attempt to use it.
If the tank is on too tight simply loosen it off until it is just finger tight, check to make sure that it now fires correctly, then use the beauty ring to take up any slack.

Quite agree hijack, it's only recently I've started using beauty rings properly on my wife's Spinner, and got her to do the same. She's using old worn thread Protanks, and the 510 threads are so loose that they need to be screwed in carefully, then the beauty ring screwed up to support them from underneath. Works a treat though

I've got nautilius tank today and seen that simple solution for pin problem. On top of bottom pin there is small spring pushed on what is probably the best solution. Now its matter to find tiny springs to put in our aerotanks.
