Received an Evod 2 today from Myepack and i'm quite impressed, it has good weight for something so small and loving not worrying about cracked tanks!
I'm not too keen on the metal drip tip though, can it be changed for any other 510 drip tip? I'm thinking they might look a bit daft on it because it won't have the smooth line.

I have been using one for two weeks now and cant fault it. Yes the tip can be changed to whatever you like but as you say the small ones dont look too good on it.

It's a cracking little thing. I love my Evods anyway but the 2s definitely seems to be an improvement. No idea why, it just seems better.

It's a big improvement on the mk1 collie2011 mainly cos it has a dual coil rather the single coil of the mk1. Here's a pic of the evod 2 with a couple of FT drip tips for you:

For instance i tried the aerotank with dual coil and since then i have single coiled it Clicky and cannot tell the difference apart from costs of now being able to easily make my own coils. Unless i am missing something i don't get anything better from dual coils, flavour wise or vape wise.....could be me though as my taste buds are shot but my viability on vape ain't

I have to agree with Super-Shiny regarding duel coil. I personally prefer a single coil with cotton over a duel coil. I was able to remove the silica from a new duel coil and re-thread with cotton in a "U" shape and although it wicked fine, it still is not as mellow/flavoursome as a single coil, using .32 Kanthal and cotton wool.

Right now with this Aerotank fitted with a microcoil on a 1.5mm drill bit with 10 wraps is bloody lovely.....vaping heaven right now

Shall we go on a war rampage....Single coil vs Dual coil.....gimme a sec whilst i get my tin foil hat as i think manufactures are making them to stop us re-building

Have a glimpse at this for instance, with a simple o-ring fitted i can now have a 1.5mm coil with so much less cotton. I tested this so much, vaped the crap out of the aerotank to see if i will get dry hits and nothing, it worked flawlessly:

Great idea Jason although I have had no leaks or dry hits with single coil, just by fluffing up the ends of the cotton wool.

Super-Shiny, I've been using the single coil heads in the Aerotank. 8 wraps on a 3/64 jewellers screwdriver, I then use the grommet that is on the the duel coil head but turn it upside down. Not a single gurgle after 4 days vaping.
