Am i being dim or have i missed something. What have i to do with my 10ml bottle if i've got nothing to refill No, you're not being dim. It can be looked at one of two ways. Either 10mls bottle are legal, we'll be able to buy them (people will sell them) and fill them into "outlawed" tanks. OR, somebody will spot the "chicken and egg" situation and find a solution.

Once regulations kick in it will most likely become a considerable issue for new or unprepared vapers.
For established vapers with a good range of Mods, RBAs & a stockpile of Nic Base all they will need is : V.G. P.G. Flavouring Wicking material Kanthal Batteries ........................ All of which i reckon will still be readily available.
Unless you feel you can trust those that represent us to do the right thing, you might like to stock up with the items listed above..... not trying to cause panic in the streets here, just sayin'.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if Westminster decide to make it illegal to import/manufacture/distribute nic above 20mg/ml without some kind of Home Office license. And the next step would be to make possession of such a dangerous poison a criminal offence.

I can see it now being done for terrorism by being in possesion of a bag of organic cotton balls and having cotton wool yarn without a pattern.

LOL that's a very good point .... You mean that's a very worrying point!! Here's what the EU directive says: "g) electronic cigarettes and refill containers are child- and tamper-proof, are protected against breakage and leakage and have a mechanism that ensures refilling without leakage."
Currently there aren't any refillable ecigs that are child and tamperproof, nor is there a mechanism to refill one without leakage.i.e. it looks like there isn't an ecig that would satisfy the requirements of the TPD. = Very worrying indeed! Please sign the European Free Vaping Initiative (EFVI) to try to give Vapers a voice in all this. Done

Well If Vapeing is so bad why wait until 2016 to bad it ? If the equipment was really that dangers they could outlaw the stuff very quick, And leave us with Just cig-a-likes.

I'd suggest that's largely due to the huge amount of pressure that's already been put on the powers that be from so many within our community . . . and why it's so important to keep that momentum going.

Thanks to public support we have already made them back down. The MHRA were all set to give 28 days notice of a ban a couple of years ago, The EU were getting ready to ban by the imposition of medical regs. There have been three court cases already in Europe where they attempted to medicalise ecigs, we won all of them. It is vital that we continue to show them that they are wrong, that their fears are mythical and that they need to take an objective science based approach. The important point we all need to remember is that if they manage to bring in overly restrictive regulations, they will destroy the market - new vapers will not be offered stuff that works. If the market withers, then the manufacturers disappear and the ecig dies a naturaly assisted death. The Italian government introduced high taxation and the market started to disappear over night, vapers in Italy can only continue by importing their own stuff from Europe - what do they do when Europe can no longer supply. The FDA in America is set to announce their regulations any moment, that could quite easily mean the end of vaping across the pond. We all need to stand up and defend our little corner - if everyone did that then we might manage to keep the jackals at bay.

Who'd have thought that packing up smokes may turn us into public enemy #1 Anyone costing the government money is public enemy #1. Buy vaping and not smoking we're not filling their already overrun coffers. That hits them were it hurts. They'd much rather we smoked. Killed ourselves and gave them cash. I imagine it won't be long before a few 'expert' studies (which are absolutely not paid for by the government) tell us of the dangers found with ecigs and because of those they really should be banned. And all vapers should go back to normal smokes. After all. Ecigs kill puppies and poison children! They encourage people to smoke with their appealing flavours and generally, ecigs are evil. Now. If we could all just go back to lambert and butler. Because Cameron needs a third home in France and he doesn't want to pay for it himself.

Here's the government (or people connected) saying "think of the children...it's the end of the world....vaping is evil....nicotine liquid is potentially deadly...." and what have they done about banning sales to under 18s? NOTHINGIt's just madness. They could have passed the under 18 law over a year ago.
