So shiny has the cotton and micro well and truly covered so I figured I'd stick up a quick one on how I build these heads with silica. So here's all the parts of the head Get some 2mm silica, wire (I'm using 0.18mm) and a needle Put the needle through the silica like this And wrap the wire around it. In this case I'm using 3 wraps with this wire but you can vary nit depending on the wire and ohms desired. (Sorry it's a bit blurry) Feed the coil legs through the head and fit the whole thing in like this Turn the head over and slide the rubber grommet down one of the legs and into the head like so Then insert the metal pin (Sorry about the blur, making do with the camera I have) And trim the wires off, you can either do this by grabbing each wire and wiggling till it snaps but I prefer to just clip them with nail clippers. once that's done, fold over the silica and fit the chimney part And trim the wick This method gives me around the 1.5 ohms but you can add another wrap for higher ohms if need be. Also if using thicker wire you'd need more wraps to keep the ohms up. Anyway this method never fails for me, I've been doing this in all my friends coils now that use this type, no gurgles, no leaks, none of this having to clean out the tip of excess juice etc. It just works. If anyone needs extra pics or extra help feel free to get in touch Cheers
