That morning cig. the only one I can't do without yet, but I've just worked out that since starting the vape thang, I have cut down on my cigarettes by more than half.

Obviously I am doing my best to spend it on stuff recommended in here (and succeeding so far) but I am sure it'll get easier & easier

I know, I am still amazed with myself,  I have no willpower whatsoever.  The only thing I do struggle with is, and I know this is weird, but I miss that aftertaste I get from a ciggie, the clean feeling in my mouth is what I am finding hard.  So I am still working through the juice that gives me that disgusting aftertaste.

Hi toyah I'm still amazed I gave up smoking and its been a year! People on here have infinite patience, especially with me! I'm still asking stuff and learning as I go.
