enjay i did all that after seeing your reply in a tread were you said you sanded the plastic bit i started with that also found the pin was to long so sanded that and stretched the spring but it was still sticking, so i came up with the bodge of folding over tin foil 3 times and wraping it most of the way round the center pin of the switch leaving a cupple of mm over the top.Folded the extra over the top so when the center pin is screwed in it holds it in place if that makes sense. Will make up a copper bush when back in work and i know its a bit heat robinson but it works for now and waits to get shot

As long as it works! I was thinking of buying a genuine switch, it's about £14 plus delivery but I'm going to wait and see your bush first (ooh err)

Being posh my beer is in bottles but thankfully the wife isn't posh and has tins so I nicked one lol
It's obviously not as loose but maybe a bit tight, not sure yet, the jury is still out

Another thing I wondered about is maybe a slightly thicker pin, you can see it's fairly loose in the hole. I think maybe smoothing the bottom cap centre part with fine wet and dry then using a thicker pin might do the job nicely.

Here decoy, when I bought my hcigar nemesis off ebay it came with magnets fitted and the original springs in the box, I completely forgot about this little one. With that fitted it stands up no bother without firing with a russian on it.
