focalecig order (help needed)

I placed an order with focalecig on 1 May and dont know if order has been processed properly. The only response i have had is an email from paypal confirming payment but nothing from focalecig. I never signed up to site before i placed order. Any advice would be appreciated.

I ordered a nemesis in that group buy on the 4th of April, didn't hear a peep but it turned up a couple of weeks later, seems to be how it is with them.

You'll be fine @tubthumper . . . this has happened with all my Focal orders and they've turned up safe and sound.

If you make an account using your PayPal email address, the order will show on the account. Focal themselves don't send confirmation emails out. I've ordered 3 times and everything showed up

hi all I hope my order turns up just come on to say the same thing as tubthumper but will just wait and hope all the best vic but I will not order again from them focalecig is not for me !!!!!!
