Haha, yep I'm going to be mixing up some much lower nic juice for use in my Kayfun. That thing gives me a nic rush like a teenager smoking their first cig haha.

My Xtar SP2 charges VTC4s in 1:15 so VTC5 would be about 1:30. Every time I point out that Nitecore (and all other 500 mA chargers) will mean that you have to organise your day around finding a big time slot to charge your batteries people just restate how the Nitecores are great chargers and the sun shines out of their power socket. Don't get me wrong Nitecore are well built and good value, but a good faster charger (if your batteries are suitable) makes life much easier and the dog happier, she doesn't have five hours before I can take her for a walk.

A big plus 1 for the Pila charger ... a quality piece of kit and absolutely spot on charging to 4.19 volts every time. Highly recommended

I have the Pila and it is a quality charger that is safe and reliable. My batteries also come off 4.18-4.19v. I think the point VapingBad is making though is that most chargers have a fixed output of 500mA. The Pila charges at a fixed output of 600mA which is fine for most all the batteries we use. Batteries like the Sony mentioned will take a while to charge at 500 - 600mA. The advantage of the SP2 (and others) is that the charge rate is adjustable, 500mA 1000mA and 2000mA so it is suitable for a wide range of batteries but you also have speed of charge for the likes of the Sony. Not sure if it has an feature that limits the selection of higher output if it's not appropriate for the batteries being charged?

The XP2 just has a button to select the ampage, btw Torchy had them for £15 delivered to UKV members or £20 on eBay. I have two one charges spot on the other to about 4.185 V. Suggest anyone interested in a Efest LUC read the thread Efest Luc V4 charger issue before buying.

Yes, saw that. Seemed strange to me that the volt meter only reads up to 4.2v, now I know why!!
