Have you tried a VG only mix boyofford, minus any flavouring - if you have VG nic base that is. PEG 400 is considered to be good for those folk who have both a VG & PG intolerance: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PEG_400Though I wouldn't be sure where you can obtain it from now. Hopefully don't have intolerance to both! Sorry to be daft, but does headaches & sore throat sound like intolerance with pg only mix, or is that just normal? It's almost impossible to say in all honesty, as we all have different reactions to the same thing boyofford. I've read of folk having symptoms that I would associate with VG, only for them to find it was PG that was causing their problems. It's a process of steady elimination with controlled mixes, I don't think there is a simple answer/solution in some cases.

All this is dam annoying considering I've been fine uptil now! Did think I had a bit of PG intolerance at start with sore throat and headache, sorted by going 60:40 PG:VG.... but now with breathing thing Should of done more variations when did mix but was out of vg, next to test normal PG:VG (60:40) no flavours.... and maybe do mixes with more VG bias too.

Used too, given it to Mrs ages ago.
Usually use rdas/mods but since been getting this I've switched back to protank mini/MVP2

I also later wondered if it's Silica that you've become sensitive too boyofford . . . but I'd really suggest having a go at getting as high a VG mix as you can first. That does seem to sort out a lot of vapers issues.

Highest VG mix I can make is 10:90 PG:VG as only got pg 72mg nic base, vaping at 7.2mg now. I'll make one like this and 50:50, 60:40, 80:20.... looks like not going to get done today now, so tomorrow it will have to be.

Could it be the cotton wool? As that is a change you have recently made?

Still not figured it out... though thought I had! 60:40 PG:VG 14.4mg does not give me problems! no tight chest and no sore throat in mornings Higher nic than I'm used to, but had stressful times / times I would have to go with out vape for a while in between.... as been sorting out last minute wedding stuff and getting married! Thought I'd sussed it, must be a flavouring right?! out of lazyness I diluted some of mix with vg I have and soon after got tightness of chest! .................... so conclusion I've made, menthol is creating sore chest in morning when wake up..... though High PG does same , if not worse,.... put higher vg gives tight chest!!! ........so thinking, need to stick at 60:40 PG:VG no flavour for a while just to check for sure I'm ok with this..... then experiment with different ratios..... then introduce non menthol flavour/or do without flavours for good. Missing my rda and all the array of flavours
