Hi babs, what do you mean when you say I've run it too low, how would that affect it, I have spare coils and I did put a new one in but it has still made no difference, I even took it all apart and checked and everything seems to be as it should so I'm baffled and frustrated. Jamesrd.

jamesrd You shouldn't let the evod get too low with eliquid, otherwise you will start getting a burnt taste from the wick. When you put a new coil in, fill the tank and screw back together and let it soak in for a few mins, then try again, otherwise this too can cause the burnt taste. Hope this helps as you doing the right thing by asking here.

Yep it's the centre pin in the battery that's the problem. Sometimes caused by over tightning the clearo on top. With the battery switched off!! you need to raise the centre pin slowly and by mm's. You need to use something small and metal, that can get down the side between the centre pin and the battery threading. There our threads on here and youtube on how to fix this simply, if you can hang on a second I'll have a look for one.

Hi aliscambell, thanks a lot for advice, I watched the videos and did what they suggested but to avail, it still keeps flashing 15 times, it looks like I'll have to contact myepack and possibly return it, the second one I have works okay but of I'm having to wait 4 hours for it to charge which doesn't do much for my patience. As you have obviously guessed I'm brand new to all this vaping and not very technically minded so it can be very very frustrating. Once again thank you. Jamesrd.

Sorry it didn't work, telephone myepack as Ash has been having problems with the website and email. Sure it will get sorted quickly.
Anymore problems post in a new thread in this section with help in the tittle and I'm sure more experienced members will be along quickly

Hi Aliscambell the main reason I bought the myepack is because it was highly recommended but I'm now having my doubts, I will phone them at 12.00pm as you can't contact them until then, (frustrating) what are the other brands that are recommended, I tried the vapestick to start with and had absolutely no problems except the batteries don't seem to last long to be honest I think I preferred them but I realise they are expensive compared to the cigar size e gigs. thanks Jamesrd.

Hi I started on the evod kit from myepack in January, which is still going strong today. Used every day for work which is why it is a highly recommended starter kit on most forums.

Assuming you have tried to charge it and the charger light is solid green im wondering if the pin on the battery isnt making contact with the charger ? When I plug my charger in with no battery attached it shows solid green, then when I screw the battery in it turns red to indicate charging. I would try aliscampbell advice and try to lift the pin with battery turned off then try to charge it again.

Hi vapers, I have the myepack starter kit and often I get a gob full of juice when vaping, it only seems to happen when I have topped it up and only to half way, does the kit need cleaning and if so how do I clean it and with what. Thank you all. Jamesrd
