This is good (if true..)

Of the aforementioned ex-smokers in Britain, 17.7% are using electronic cigarettes, a figure which has risen from 2.7% in 2010. Of that figure, 71% are using e-cigarettes to help quit smoking altogether, with 48% using them to "keep them off tobacco".

Maybe some the 71% should stop using Nicolites, 10 Motives or E-Lites, then the 48% might be higher.

Having said that, I'm not sure I understand the distinction.... ???

Must agrtee with you there djs, surely using e-cigs to "keep them off tobacco" is the same thing as "giving up smoking" - or am I missing something obvious?
