JJ Apple Concentrate mixed 60/40 at 20%. After steeping it's a pale green colour. Gives a clean apple flavour. I've had a few tanks full and it stays green. The condensation at the top of the tank under the drip tip is brown. I presume this is because it has been heated.
It's in a Nature Vape Midi Pro tank with a 1.4 micro coil & cotton wool. I was vaping it at 3.5v but turned it up to 3.7v.
The liquid turned brown and tasted like cider. I presume the colour change is because of the higher voltage. I have cleaned the tank and head. Now with a new wick and at 3.5v the liquid stays green and tastes of apple.
So if I heat the juice in a microwave would it give the same result?
Does anyone heat treat their liquid to change the flavour?

No . . . too much heat will also degrade your nicotine content. It's pretty much a natural process eliquid changing colour when it's heated by a coil, any sweetener will also speed that process up as it caramelizes on the wire.
