Hi guys
Well had a go at mixing for the first time and everything I mixed tasted awful. I realise they will need to steep but would of thought id get an idea of how it would taste. If anyone has been looking for the recipe for cats p*ss I now know how to make it
I was wondering does where you buy your PG/VG make any difference or is it the same wherever you buy? Also I really want to replicate the Britannia Liquids "Black Ice" so anyone who can point me in the right direction will be my best mate!!

hello mate alot of juice taste bad the same day you make them as you do need to steep for them to get the full flavor so what taste bad now will taste good in 4 weeks the thing with makeing your own juice there is a milion thing people do to try and speed up steeping but let me tell you none of them work the best think for steeping it time dont throw them away put them away for a long time and then come back to them you are best to make juice when you have enough to last you till the next lot is done hope this helps you lee

dicky if you want to be able to mix some juice and use it straight away then go & buy yourself some of this concentrate: Vamp Vape from T-Juice - mix & use immediately - suggest 20% flavouring Jack the Ripple from T-Juice - mix & use 2/3 days later - suggest 20% flavouring Vamp Vape is a creamy caramel with hint of coconut Jack the Ripple is raspberry ripple Now, if they come out like cats p*ss then you are somehow doing something wrong. There are probably some other T-Juice concentrates that you can use virtually straight away, but I don't know which ones, I only use these ones from there. Good luck for you

maybe if you talk through what your mix consisted of, we might be able to check for you dicky ? as in mls and percentage ??? Its unlikely to be your actual ingredients, just maybe the amount used... even freshly made most stuff is bland but vapeable

Getting the right amount of flavouring is important, I was mixing mine at 20% but it should have been 30%, tasted bloody awful lol. Anyway added another 3ml to 30ml mix and now it tastes superb without steeping.
The higher the vg percentage the more flavouring needed.

Most mixes are salvageable if you're prepared to be patient and maybe tweak the flavours a little dicky . . . I've only ever sinked 10ml of a home brew, which was beyond all mortal salvation.

I've lost count of how much has gone down my sink, but that is because I just didn't like the flavour, and it would have made no difference weaker or stronger. As has been suggested, tell us what you were making, and what percentages you used of what and perhaps that will be the answer.

Sorry to hi-jack this thread but I kind of have a similar issue with a recent mix.
I mixed some "Jack The Ripple" a few days ago and I've been trying it and it just tastes horrible, what flavours am I meant to be getting from JTR? - I recognise the taste some what, but can't seem to put my finger on what it is :\
Maybe I'm putting too much flavour in my mix but it says around 15% on the site which is around about what I did and at that level it's really strong.

it's raspberry ripple -creamy ice cream effect. I find 15% spot on for me and it it's a flavor that can be vaped from the off

amygx maybe try adding a little sweetener to it, just a suggestion. I actually put a little bit of sweet cream in mine. I mix up a 20ml bottle of flavour west's sweet cream which I find quite handy to always have ready for putting in any mix which I think needs to be a little sweeter and/or creamier. What I normally do is put a little of whatever mix in a tank then add a small amount of the sweet cream and try it, sometimes it needs a bit more sweet cream so I then add a little more. A bit like adding a little more milk to your tea or coffee till you get it to taste just right
