Well done Mrsmac keep at it and you will soon be making coils whilst sleeping I hold you partially responsible along with decoy and prr as I can no longer vape the coils with silica as they taste foul in comparison! Tease-smiley

from me too Mrsmac 2.1 is good, I do 8 wraps of 0.25 round a 1.8mm screwdriver and vary between 1.8 and 2.0 ohms, i'm happy with that, perfect for me!

Mrsmac. It's a very satisfying feeling, vaping on a homemade coil, isn't it? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Well done Mrsmac I did 10 the other day much to the amusement of the o/h until I smugly told her how they would have cost nearly £60 from naturevape So give yourself a pat on the back or treat yourself to something shiny with the money you've just saved.

Mrsmac - well done, and welcome to the club! Once you've got a few more under your belt, you'll wonder what all the fuss was about, and apart from the money you've saved, they really are much better than the stock heads. Get yourself a bit more wire, and try 7 wraps instead of 9 and you'll have something a bit lower with a bit more bite! That Kayfun will be in use before you know it!

Thats what i thought, so in theory i have made a years worth say for one tank ugh...better get vaping fast so that i can try some lower ohms! You need a dripper lol, you can bang a coil in it minutes and try it out, loads of room in some for all sorts of coils, wonky and straight. Anyway the fact you made a coil makes me smile, I love it when people have a go. I got a flippin genesis within a month of starting vaping and spent hours messing with it before I eventually got it to work right but now I can bang out the perfect coil in minutes every time. It's so worth learning to do imo
