Direct dripping, you could've warned me!

Good grief, today I received an igo-l dripper courtesy of tazmania441

So all excited with my new toy and after faff ing around with which device would fire it, I loaded it up with some juice I had steeping and woahhhhhhhhh!!! It nearly took my chest off, throat hit is un understatement! and I am also a bit   Od'd I knew it has been reported that dripping is great for flavour and testing new juices but blimey, I'm gonna have to find a long drip tip as I feel like I've been hit in the chest

Make sure the air holes line up with your coils and you get the flavour without tearing your throat out.

A lot of it is getting the coil and wick right as well as the air flow lined up, you generally want the coil right in line with the air hole to get as much as possible, also you can take mouth to lung hits lol

DEFINITELY as others have said, line the airhole up exactly where the coil sits or else it will be so harsh on the throat that its not pleasant at all, just a couple of millimeters out makes all the difference between a nice flavoursome perfect vape and a nice flavoursome throat burning chest setting on fire vape

With the airhole lined up with the coil, the only reason for a big throat hit is low resistance (subohm) and high pg juice..

You ought to try lung inhaling 70%pg liquid at 0.7ohms

Aim for around 1.5-2 ohms single microcoil with cotton bed underneath.. 50pg/50vg is good for drippers..you won't use anything else for a while

For proper clouds you need 0.6 wire and silly low ohms.. (I've seen what 0.02ohms can produce!)

Saying that, you'll want 100vg juice too!

Ohms law says that 0.02 ohms at 4.2v will be pushing 210amps at 882w!
