cheap juice 17 ingredients confused

Morning all. 
I'll try this again as my last post just went into thin feckin air. :-( 

Please could someone explain why the 3 quid 10ml eliquids I have been getting from my local shop have 17 ingredients listed on the box.
It doesn't matter what flavour, they list the same composition.  vapouron and ibaccy are the two I have. 

I can't find any other threads anywhere online regarding this. It can't be just me that's puzzled. Doesn't juice basically have 4 ingredients. Pg,VG,nic and flavour concentrate?. Not 17 including 3 tobacco types and a whole load of other shit. 

Google is not helping either.

I is a cunfuddled puppy.

Probably not very helpful but have just got mine out the cupboard to have a look ruffdog

It contains 9 ingredients ...

Tobacco essential oil
propylene glycol
veg glycol
liquid nictoine
natural flavours (I assume this is one ingredient, but by 'flavours' would suggest more than one?)
vanillin extract
linalool
2.5 dimethyl pyrazine
2 acetyl pyrazine

Totally unhelpful like I said so I will keep an eye on this and wait for someone in the know to comment

ruffdog, thats not a bad thing is it? listing the composition of juices at least you know what you are vaping, normally we don't know what the juice comprises of, we just pay up and shut up, although us fans of mixology who like to try to replicate juices would welcome more information.

The main ingredients you have mentioned are probably being broken down in to the ingredients contained in them aswell. For example the flavour concentrate, say if it was apple for arguments sake. Apple concentrate isn't a naturally occuring product. It's manufactured with ingredients, and they are listed. That's my guess/assumption anyway.

It's all down to the trading standards rules. full list of ingredients plus other gubbins to be on label.

MSDS sheets are easily available from some of the Flavouring Houses, although it's obviously knowing if you're buying pre-made eliquid whose flavours are used.

It's not something I angst overly about in all honesty, if I'm buying from a reputable Vendor with a proven track record, who also has their good name at stake - I let them do the research for me.

Oh I gotta try chilli vape!!! I lurves my spicy stuff. What's it like? And don't say chilli lol. I just can't imagine vaping chilli.  I really must get some of these different flavours. I only have ice mint mojito, watermelon, cherry and gold/amber ibaccy flavours. Can't stand the watermelon aftertaste, mojito is nice for a couple of tokes but certainly not an ADV. Wish I could get hold of a bunch of 1ml samples or something rather than 10ml a shot. ACH well.

Well, let me try to explain how it tastes .....

There is no taste, really, but when you inhale it into your lungs, your eyes water & your nose drips and you just look like this and

There may be a taste there somewhere, but the spice in it overrides everything that might have been considered a taste.

I like spicy food too, but this is basically inhaling pure chilli vapour
