Is the B.P. from boots PG or VG ? or is there a choice ? You can't get PG as a rule from Chemist's, although some will Special Order it in for you . . . other than Ecig Vendors ( Cige does good deals on PG ) there's also this Seller on Ebay who sells PG . . . I've used them very happily. www.ebay.co.uk/itm/330337578846?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1438.l2649Don't forget, if you buy VG from a Chemist it won't be pre-diluted as it would be from a Ecig Vendor, so it will be very gloopy . . . the best way of diluting it ready for mixing, is to remove 5ml . . . then add 5ml of vodka or distilled water to make the liquid more manageable. I should add . . . remove 5ml from a 250ml bottle, then you're good to go.

If when any of you search for Propylene Glycol on ebay Dont be tempted with DI-propylene Glycol it is NOT propylene glycol it is Dipropylene Glycol DPG the seller has added a - after Di it is DPG not PG you dont want it for vaping it might look the same but dont use it PLEASE! Also please note technical grade PG is not the grade you need it is to low One seller of cheap PG on ebay has a photo of three sized bottles the labels in the photos say technical grade this is also NOT what you want! Crossed posts there, thanks Gordy. The cheapest on ebay, inc. p & p is £2.99

Thank you Gordy!! Just updated my online order. Glycerin was 65p in our Tesco though and water is £1.50. Didn't know de-ionised was distilled, so I've learnt something too!

glycerin was 3 for 2 i think distilled and de ionised are slightly different but either will work... it just to make sure the water is pure

From what I remember, perpy said remove 5ml of glycerin and replace with 5 ml water - as an example of quantity. I'm useless at maths and percentages, but as there's 5 x 20's in one hundred, that works out the same measurement - I think

You can't smell it, or at least I can't. It does the same job as de- ionised water so will work the same.

The bottle of glycerin I have is 38 ml, so I would need to add 1.9 ml of water?

I don't have any vodka blue, I never buy it and water is cheaper. Those percentages don't seem right, the glycerin would be too gloopy.
