I think I'm banned from buying provari's so that's me stepping away from the clones

I do not have a Provari Clone of any manufacturer, so cannot confirm fitting of end caps & extensions.

Only have original V2.5 model.

You've still got the end cap to buy - I'm not knocking the clone I've got in anyway, as it's excellent - but it's still not the real thing, which does have the edge undoubtedly.

Just got one ( the Hot version) but the spring is not secured to the end cap on mine.

Are they meant to be, as can't see any means of securing it eg no threading.

Are they just meant to sit (loose) in the 'well' of the end cap ?
