Greetings and smokebelch to AAEC. looking at that link, I'm thinking you would be back on here within a week asking what else is available. Take your time and buy a decent range of kit that will suffice initially . if in doubt, just ask on here.

smokebelch ello - have fun - the people prior to my "ello" have pretty much summed it up - go to myepack.co.uk & have a look there - they are cheap, very reliable & the guy that runs it (Ash) will help you loads too.

Hi and welcome. I too am a newbie so, like you, came here for advice and received some excellent advice and suggestions. I ordered the evod from myepack yesterday . Back in 2008 I tried the e-cigs and in those days there was v. limited choice - basically just units with cartridges. I lapsed I'm afraid and think it was probably due to them not being satisfying my needs enough. I was a 15-20 a day smoker then, but unfortunately crept up since then. Having come back here a few days ago I was absolutely dumbstruck to find how things have moved on since those days and all the options now available. So I'm more hopeful and determined this time, if only to start with just cutting down on cigarettes. I obviously can't comment on the efficiency of the one in your link, but as it's soooooo cheap, I would be also be concerned about the quality of the actual charger e.g. cheap import. I don't know if it's happened with e-cigs/vapours, but I've read some horror stories elsewhere about people buying cheap and then the chargers exploding/catching fire and destroying laptops etc!! So, if you can increase your budget, I would follow the advice of the others here!!

hi smokebelch - welcome - I also would stay away from cheap ebay stuff - myepack has a great range of starter kits - and I personally think the dekang liquids are nice - so you could get yourself a nice starter kit - something which is fun and works and truly helps to quit the stinkies - another advise would be - go to a local shop - look around - see what you like - and then check here on the vendors board - or just ask us

smokebelch - hi and a warm from me too Well - it's all been said already! Ebay - avoid, as they really shouldn't be selling e-cigs and Personal Vapouriser gear anyway, they risk being removed, and the quality is so variable. Myepack - quality gear, and overseen by Ash who is a vaper himself and knows his onions. Good prices, excellent service and delivery, and a lot of us use him on this forum so that speaks for itself. I was a beginner once and didn't want to spend too much in case it didn't work for me. I now know that it did work, and will for you too, so be brave and spend a bit more than you originally thought for some quality gear that will last, with the advantage that you have an online retailer who will help if you have any problems. You will need some juice too, and I would suggest 2 bottles, one of 16/18mg strength, and one of 24mg strength. This way you have the stronger 24mg if you need a bit of an extra hit, and some milder juice for less stressful times. You can get some juice from Myepack to get you started but we can help you spend your money get some better juices once you are on the road and have a better idea of what you are looking for. Go for two different flavours, and don't think that tobacco is the only way to go; many of us don't vape tobacc oflavours at all now, and use fruits or dessert-style juices instead. Please ask away here if you have any problems, there's always someone around who will be able to help you out!!

Thanks for the welcome & advice everyone. A Post Office near to me sells juice & a starter kit (£14.99) with the brand name flavaaah. I don't know if flavaaah are any good. I think I may try this out as a starter: myepack.co.uk/kits/mini-protank-2-kit-black.html (on sale too, & I do like a bargain). I'm just going to check out the codes area on this site to see if I can get it even cheaper. Again, thanks for the help everyone, it's appreciated.

Welcome smokebelch.
Nice price on the kit you choose, but would recommend you get a second battery at the same time.....

Myepack don't have a discount code - I gather from others it's due to their v. reasonable prices. I bought a couple of their juices to start me off and also a few sample sizes from joosejuice. They do have a discount code but it can't be used for the samples.

Hi.
Just another question, does anyone know where I can order this gear online using a debit card?
Myepack only accepts a service that I've never even heard of, & I don't use paypal since my account got hacked a few years back.
Cheers.

Cheers. smokebelch myepack use sagepay which is a well known shopping cart facility used by a lot of the banks etc. it's linked to paypal which I beleive you can use as a "guest" so you can use your debit card to pay without needing a paypal account or having the card details stored. Worth going through the check out process and seeing if it can be done that way, until you press pay/confirm it won't debit your card.

Hi I too was confused when I went to pay on myepack as hadn't come across sagepay before. Just follow the page through and you will then be asked to enter your debit/credit card details. It came up as a secure site.
