JJ, did you put one of the cartridges on the atomiser - sometimes there is a blank cartridge attached to the DSE901 atties just to protect the attie.

Yeah attached the battery, the atomiser and a cartridge that has silver foil over the top which says "high" on it

I've got it on charge now so fingers crossed all will be well when its fully charged
