Joose Juice still b.o.g.o.f. ?

Hi all, does anybody know if joose juice 30ml concentrates are part of the but one get one free deal ? I'm pretty sure I saw it mentioned that they were on here somewhere. I've just received a Belgian waffle 30ml concentrate and thought they were part of the deal.

Last time I ordered concentrates from JJ it was still BOGOF, that was in January though.

JayJ. The dizzy code for concentrates is dfferent... FC30 will get your discount and as far as I know, still on BOGOF, or were as of last month.

I emailed them about the bogof 2 days ago, got the reply (and put my order in) yesterday. Bogof is still running, but no idea if it applies to concentrate. On the site it looks like pre-made juices only.

leo, Always has done in the past, fab site and great service, can't fault Jim at all..BTW, do take note he is having a well deserved break at the end of this month.

I've sent Jim a couple of messages about this with no reply, know he was off for a week!.

The last time I ordered it was and that was the 23 June 2014.

Unfortunately it doesn't say anything on the invoice, but ( if it's still on ) they do it their end and only on 30ml bottles, not the 10 ml samples.

Hello all I have emailed Jim at JJ . I explained that a few of us had emailed him to clarify the B.O.G.O.F and here is the reply that I have received


Hi Sue,



Firstly, please pass on my sincere apologies to those who mailed and didn't get a reply. For about two months now there has been an intermittent issue in our service providers mail servers. Some mails haven't been getting through to us while others have been dumped straight into the Spam folder. It's been causing us some serious headaches. We're not ignoring anyone, we're simply not getting the mails.



The discount code for the concentrates is the same as that for the e-liquids "AAEC12" The BOGOF for the concentrates has changed slightly. We were getting a lot of requests that we increase the strength of the concentrates rather than give a BOGOF on the concentrates. Apparently some of our DIY mixers were building up quite a collection of bottles and running out of storage space. So we doubled the strength of the concentrates so that one 30ml bottle now equals the concentrate strength of 2 x 30ml bottles under the old BOGOF. I have to admit the change hasn't met with universal approval as some customers prefer the old BOGOF for various reasons.



We're currently looking at a way of trying to offer both the old BOGOF on the concentrates and the double strength concentrates for those who prefer that option. Problem is, we don't see how we can run both the old BOGOF and the new double strength concentrates at the same time without causing a lot of confusion.

Yes I think I agree with you archiecat. Have ordered just the 10 ml concentrates to see if I can tell the difference in strengths. I did ask Jim if that meant I used 20% in the old strength then I would only need 10% in the new ones and his answer was yes but....................................a lot of mixers still use the 20% because they like the extra flavour. We shall see. I have used Jim's concentrates for over a year now so am interested to find out.
