I'm from Wrexham and this is one of the "problem areas"... could have told them that, under-age drinking and smoking has been bad in some parts of town for donkey's years And yes, all for a ban on under-18 sales, let's face it, reputable vendors have been doing this for some time.....

I'd be up for attending a summit if it's in North Wales, and help give a more balanced view of vaping

Peeps had better start mixing their own, if they don't already, coz that will probably be the only way we can flavour our juice in the future. They wouldn't be able to stop the sale of concentrate flavours IMO.

what about the flavours that nrt comes in? (that apparently, glaxo reps didn't realise after slagging off e-cig flavours)

I've got a few ready to sign up but they either need their passport or NIE/residency numbers handy, which does make it awkward sometimes. Our forms are different to your UK ones, we don't need to put addresses in but we do need these flippin numbers

I know mine off by heart, but not everybody does

Now if I was a politician, struggling under the weight of scientific and statistically relevant information yet utterly entrenched with my campaign, I may have been tempted to go beyond making capital out of this inevitability and even seed a few girls, through an intermediary (probably two levels of...) to make the purchases...

However, I'm pleased that these eleven year olds are buying electronic cigarettes rather than real ones. I would much prefer local councils to be considerably more rigorous and prevent the purchases in the first place...

You don't see them banning different flavoured doughnuts, do you?

Due to cigarette sales dropping & them not making the revenue they used to, they really need to grab back what they're losing, so guess who the lucky donors for their lack of funds are!!!
