Aniseed

Anyone know of a good strong Aniseed flavour please?

I haven't yet tried it as it only arrived this morning so I'm leaving it for a day or so, but the Triphammer Black Jack I just received was absolutely reeking of aniseed when I opened the jiffy bag despite it being in a sealed bottle inside a ziplock bag! It's also a reallllllly dark colour - I suspect its going to be very strong when I finally get round to trying it.

Just yesterday tried digbys Dr Jekyll. To me it's very strong aniseed.

I've heard say though that pluid is THE aniseed juice. But good luck trying to get hold of it.

As Perpetua says, DV aniseed can knock your socks off - and it's lovely tasting too I used to mix it 5% aniseed and 5% liquorice and it was strong........ hmm. maybe i need to get some more....

I wouldn't go to the effort of wasting your money on that one Pacer . . . .

I adore blackjack, the combination of aniseed and liquorice, takes me right back to schooldays! Oddly though I can't abide afro dizziac, it seems very cloying... might make some up with a low % and see how it fares.

I haven't! I wouldn't buy it myself tbh. I never buy any of the juices that are hard to get hold off. Don't see the point. Because if you really like it you can't just pop online and buy more.
