My fasttech order arrived at the weekend ( a very speedy 10 day delivery) and today i tried to set up the kraken but i am getting a non reading on my MVP and 9.9 on my vamo. All other tanks are reading correctly so it must be something to do with the centre pin of the kraken. Any ideas on how to solve it? I would love to get it to work, it would look lovely on my rainbow nemisis that arrived with the order too

It sounds like the pin isn't making contact with the mod - maybe the kraken has a short pin. Have you tried gently lifting the firing pin on either of your mods?
If this is the issue, you will be able to fire it on the nemesis easily because you can adjust the top pin to make contact.
The centre pin on the kraken is not adjustable, so you're going to have to make adjustments on your mod to get it to work.

ionian it's an FT kraken, might be adjustable unlike the proper one. Seen that on some of the clone kfl's too

Lifting the pin? oh god last time i did that to a battery i broke it if i find my multimeter i will give it a go on the nemesis.Mechanical mods are VERY new to me, only been using one since this afternoon!

bubbleglass - the easiest way to lift the pin is with a paperclip, because you can bend it into a shape to fit under the pin and you have more control than levering it with a screwdriver! It wouldn't do much harm to give it a test fire on the nemesis, if you're pretty happy with the coil. If it doesn't fire after pressing the button for a couple of seconds, you'll know that the issue is with the coil or atty. if it does fire, then the issue is with your mod.

Here's a pic of the kayfun on the nemmy top cap, you can see that centre screw, stick the kraken onto the top cap then tighten that screw up and then fit the top cap onto the nemmy, tighten the switch and test, if it fires you'll know it's a centre pin thing at least.

And that nemesis is really nice, makes my red and gold ironman nemmy look boring
