Awwwwwwww cutie pop.
Is he / she a cairn. I know the coloring is known as Wheaten.
My dad had a wee cairn when I was a kid.
Think I have a scanned photo. >>>>>>>>
Here.
Scallywag (aka Nif Nif) exiting a home made igloo I made in the back garden in Glenshee. I slep t in it once and this photo was after it had shrunk in the sun lol

Sorry I got interrupted by my daughter, grandaughter and their wee dog! Yes, ruffdog he's a Cairn and indeed is Wheaten. We've named him Sandy, I hope am sure he will grow to be as handsome as your Dad's one He's 14 weeks. There were 4 in the litter and 2 wee boys were still left on Sunday. He's been on a farm but so far he's coping really well with all the noise of town and living in a house (although the weather is so good we've been out most of the time). I'm very impressed how well he has taken to walking on a lead and I'm well impressed how well he's getting on with my old dog and my grandpup Cat's not very impressed but then nothing much impresses her I'm waiting for my daughter to e-mail the photos of in the garden earlier, there's some smashing ones and I'll upload them when I get a chance

I remember we went to pick him up as a tiny puppy (maybe 8wks or so) and he was an east coaster (Forfar , Angus, Dundee??, Bear that in mind for the accent. ) Dad: Eye, he's a bonny wee pup. Seller: Och, He's Waitin Dad: He's Waiting for what? Seller, Nooooo Hee's waeeeeten Dad: Erm, say again, waiting for what Seller: Nooooo whaitin Dad: What the FU*k's he waiting for. Seller :::::: Nooo his color, W.H.E.A.T.E.N. Dad: Ahhhhhh, I can see what color he is you F&** Nuggett. I'm not blind. Has he been weaned. Cue much hilarity.

Karma Sandy is sooo cute! Could just hug him to bits
ruffdog the picture of your wee dog reminds me sooo much of the two (girls) that we had, they loved the snow... used to come in with little snowballs attached to their legs! (Ours were red brindles colour wise)

Di Yes indeed. Oh god, yeah we used to have to break the snow balls off his fur and sometimes it was so bad it was hairdryer time, not kidding either. poor we guy. It was funny though as we had at one point, my (joint custody with mum) Collie, shep X, Mums Rottie and Dads cairn all jumping about in 3 foot solid snow with ice on top, then all of a sudden you would just see this brown and white ball of "thing" bouncing trying to get back on solid snow when he fell through the crust. And if it was soft or powder he had little hope of A: seeing where he was going and B: getting more than a few hundred yards before having to be carried back due to the shear weight and amount of snow accumulated on his fur. I do miss those proper winters in Glenshee, started snowing in Sept / Oct and went away about May lol. My dad and I did an experiment to get a snowball for each month of the year. We did, kept in freezer bags labeled coz no one would believe you can get snow in Glenshee 1000 foot up in July !!!! You can / could.
