got my Riva.....love it!!!

Well I have not touched a normal cig in 5 days today and not even craving them! I did 4 days cold turkey and really it hasnt been as bad as I thought. I ordered a Riva e cig and some e juices, love the chocolate chip one! in fact love vaping! I even sat in the staff room at work today and raised a few eyebrows but hey I am not harming anybody or even myself! Just enjoying this so much!

Even after a pretty stressful 14 hour shift (I am a staff nurse) just a few puffs on my e cig did the job!

Thanks to everyone for the brilliant advice on this forum, cant stop reading all the posts.....it will take me a while!!!

ha ha! thanks for the warm welcome! one question whats the difference between a Atomisers and a cartridge? I only need to fill the Atomisers yeah? so where does the cartridge go? many thanks from a very new, newbie!
Ive only filled the Atomisers by removing the white wool stuff, half filling it and then replacing the wool and topping again, is this all i need to do?

the atomiser is the thing that screws onto the battery
the cartridge is what you are actually filling with the white wool stuff in

I kept the mini cigi in the end thought sod it, if anything happens to the riva; ive a back up! I can drip the e juice no problems it works just as well. I prefer the riva as you get a lot of vapour and it hits the back of my throat better!
