ive had a few pm`s asking if im ok....
well i have been quiet (unusual for me) but im moving my business to new premesis,so 18hr days days for me,im hoping all will be sorted by the 5th dec (fingers crossed) so i will be popping in from time to time making sure the J TEAM still rule....

Glad your ok River I've not been on much either since being diagnosed with diabetes i'm trying & failing miserably to get it under control struggling with what i can & cannot eat & tbh its depressing doc putting me on meds next week so fingers crossed
