Hey guys! Its meeeee again! So im wanting to try using cheese cloth/ cotton balls to re wick a mini protank 3 but with premade coils found these on ebay Theyre 1.8. So my question is.. Will these work in a mini protank on a single coil? Andddd.. Should i use this ohm? Or go lower/higher? Thanks guys edit; Found a guide on another forum which explains it quite well Here.. (Apologies if not allowed to link) but im worried i can only use dual coils as ive tried googling and not hitting any results.. and updated the link as i linked the wrong ones lol..

Short answer. Yes you can. Have a look for super shinys guide for micro coiling with cotton wool. The man is a vaping god.

Can these be used to make microcoils as in Super shiny' guide?
Or does it just not make much difference.

I noted there 3mm diametre so not sure if they will fit in a protank head, they'll be quite tight if they do. I used to use 2.5 diametre in a protank head. Haven't tried 3mm but I'd wait for someone to confirm before ordering 1.8 ohm is fine although the wire used 0.18 is quite thin so they won't be particularly robust for rewicking but maybe worth a try for a fiver.

I agree 3mm might be a bit big, and it will be hard to fit them without touching the sides or the chimney cap. 2mm would be better. It depends as I use .3mm wire on a 2mm former, so the outside diameter would be 2.6mm and they fit ok, but if I do the same with a 2.5 former things start to become tricky to fit without shorting out.
