The English media love to overhype their players. Not just the British ones, but imports as well. How else can yu explan their valuing of Andy Carroll to be higher than Arturo Vidal? Some kind of misguided loyalty to the EPL I guess.

Henderson will probably turn out to be worth the money Liverpool spent on him. But I get your point!

1996. Granted that was a while ago now, but I'll never forget Teddy and Shearer tearing the Dutch a new one or Gazza's goal and celebration. Winning a shootout at a major tournament too.

Or Gazza's studs just missing that cross. Or Southgate's penalty.

He's a decent player, but overrated. He had a good season at Napoli where he was the focal point of their attack. Not been that impressive in Frogland. He'd be a good EPL player, but not spectacular. Worth a pop if they can get him 20 mill or less, but Alexei Sanchez was a far better buy.

thing is at psg he is playing on the wing when hes a out and out striker, think chelsea will sell lukaku and get him,

sanchez is a great signing might take him a wile to get use to how physical the bpl is but he will do well i think

Cavani plays best as a second striker, doing a lot of his work outside the box and down the wings. He needs freedom to move if you want the best from him. He struggles to play to his ability in a tightly structured formation. Best to give him a free role up front. Not sure if the chosen bum would ever give him this freedom.

aslong as he is up front and not a winger i think he would be happy, look what rooney was like when he got put on the left
