The Viton rings they do are food safe, so I'd suggest using them.

The 11th one down in that list should be the one...however, they supply rubber and silicone, decision time ...lol Bugger, yer stuffed for the silicone ones as the ID is ok just a bit bigger but the cross sec is 1.78mm which is far to thick. what is nitrite like anyway, you know @agenthoover ? I dont know tbh, i can have a better look when i get home, i only suggested them because they are really helpful and can supply you with just about anything, i have an old emco lathe that runs on thick rubber bands for the pulleys, i rigged a different motor up to it and needed longer belts... i say belts but they are just large O rings, those guys sorted me out.

Dredging my memory banks . . . I * think * you need plumbing standard O rings, incase any of the flavourings/nicotine we use in our eliquid, interact with lesser grade ones. But I'll happily stand corrected, as I know less than nothing about grades of O rings.

House of mods use just regular silicone O ring on their slim tanks for the Sophia,.. so who knows what should be used....lol..... email that O ring company, they will sharp tell you, the O rings used in vaping come from somewhere so i would figure a company like that would know

Just remembered what someone considerably more technically blessed than me said a long time ago.

I have lost 3 of the tiny rubber bands that fit next to the screw on my iclear 16's drip tips, rendering them useless, have tried other little bands from other equipment .but nothing works, I can't be the first to be so clumsy. Any ideas anyone The only place I know is link smallest is 9mm OD but they have different ones to choose from. Click on the pic to enlarge. I think the 9mm ones fit a 510 driptip

I looked at those Perpetua and they are just a wee bit big. I have an I16 one in front of me now and using my best guess with the metal rule i use for jewelery it's a 6mm bore, 1mm x sec. (thickness lol) 7mm x 1mm outside dimension. I asked in my hardware store and showed him an iclear 30 one and we tried a whole box of assorted sizes and if it's a black rubber one it's just too thick. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr uff 6mm inside dia. x 1mm means outside dia. 8mm x 50 here... Fasttech linkThey have quite a lot of o-ring sizes.

Thanks for your input peeps. Have found some old drip tips which I used on the Riva batts, removed the 'O' rings from them they fit and will use them for now , need to purchase new ones though. Never realised there were so many choices for these silly but essential little beggars.

It's an O Ring minefield out there Phoenix. Glad you're sorted in the short term.
