personally the last month as been hard for me since the wife went back on the cigs (ive also had a major family fallout as well), james had sent 36mg instead of 24 mg and good job he did, i think my advice would be to start very high then use a combo of 36 when your at your worst and 24mg when your just having one for the sake of it, and dont step off that too quickly.
i tried 18mg which seemed fine at first but i was not ready and im still obviously not, and if im never ready then so what.
the thing is with ecigers imo they dont want to stop smoking they want to quit fags and that where ecigs come in, ok its not the same but its the next best thing and it aint killing you.
i found it bloody easy up until now, but when the wife comes back in from a fag i think god that stinks, i dont want that and the pair of them (my son is the other one) have had a cough and cold for almost 3 weeks, my little one and me have not caught it, this must be the fags.

hard is probably the wrong word, its just been harder thats all, certainly not as hard as cold turkey, its just it was so easy for me to start with i suppose and now its having a go at me.
we go on our hols in 2 weeks and out of 12 adults 9 are smokers so that might be a challenge, but once thats beaten i think there cant be many hurdles left to beat.

((((((Rag)))))) Family stresses always the worst - you can't leave them at the office. But great that e-cigs act as a good prop for you. I too am looking forward to the ability to recognise real smells again - and heaven only knows what food might actually taste like. All new experiences on their way.

you might not wanna know what real food tastes like .... I used to LOVE a kebab abut now I cant there are just too strong tasting now its not gonna make me start smoking again just cioz of that tho .......

AND Successes when i returned back for las vegas in January I brought back a few e-cigs and gave them to my brother and his wife... who were heavy roll-up smokers and have not touched ONE since ... on top of that Annie that's my brothers wife her Aunty AND her DAD AND her sister all went on the e-cig and are still on it with full success .... The only two people that i have sold to that have not managed to stick to it was Annie daughter and my local lollipop lady ..... firstly Annie's Daughter just was not ready to give up and lollipop lady has no sense of smell or taste (nothing to do with smoking) and she could not handle it so that was a unfortunate failure so odds are all is gonna be fine and dandy with you and you bid to rid yourself s of the dreaded weed

But had a thought - if you are off tomorrow (?) is anyone running your shop in your absence? Once I have had a go with the samples, will need to decide and place an order. Don't think you will manage that from Vegas.
