Hot tip!

... atomiser drip tip that is Received a Kraken (clone) in the post today, so down to building it and put in 0.6 ohm dual coils, rayon wicks, RY4, and off we go... Jeepers! The whole atty and metal drip tip in particular get awfy warm. This is running it at 20W. That amount of heat normal for a Kraken?

Mine get very warm but not too hot to touch like the Steam Turbine does and I never use metal drip-tips as they always get too hot for me.

Delrin drip tip, they don't get hot

English/I do believe that enjay was intimating that Delrin is rather a good material to utilise for a drip tip, as opposed to metallic types, for utilisation in an atomiser akin to the Kraken that is prone to high thermal conductiveness mouth-wise. /English

I have a 0.5ohm build in my Igo M and it gets pretty warm (~35w)....... but it's worth it!!!!

But yeah... delrin

Ive just done a 1.5ohm coil the rda is really hot as well as the drip tip and the top of vamo above the screen is that normal??
