Hello Nice to meet you all I've been lurking around the forum for a couple of weeks and thought it was time to register and say hello. I have been a smoker for *mumbles behind hand* 30+ years and have tried to stop many times with no luck. I tried e-cigs a couple of years ago, again with no luck. Eight weeks ago I decided to try again and so far so good. I haven't had a ciggie at ALL and I'm feeling very pleased with myself My kit so far is a couple of vision spinners (although I have JUST ordered an Innokin MVP) Any advice/ info would be greatly appreciated as this vaping malarky has a pretty steep learning curve, particularly clearo and juice recommendations Thanks!

Welcome and huge congratulations to you tracyj. The kit we have available now, is so much improved on what it was a couple of years ago. Delighted you've found some that works for you. The MVP is a great device, which I'm sure you'll enjoying . . . personally I prefer bottom coil clearomisers now, Evod's or Protank's. Something with a glass tank is always useful, as some of our flavours can crack polycarbonate tanks. If you can stand the wait from China, these are a great buy: www.fasttech.com/p/1535302Or closer to home: myepack.co.uk/protank-2.html

Well done tracyj and along. There's loads of good advice on here and the Mvp is a brilliant choice.

tracyjLooks like you've started out this time around with some decent kit and you'll be well sorted with the MVP, it's a bit bulky compared to your spinner but a solid performer and very flexible, set in up in VW mode What clears are you using now ? If you like a warm vape then you need a top coil clearo, iclear16s are really good. If you prefer a cooler vape then a protank or protank mini is a good place to start. Check out myepack a great vendor for all of the above or perhaps have a chat with Steve (VapeStorm) a newish vendor and an great member of this forum. Anything your unsure of just ask away and be sure someone will be along to answer tout sweet

The MVP is for use at home hopefully and the spinners for out and about.

Sounds like a plan, until you get caught short out and about and your spinner goes flat Wait it till you experience the longevity of the MVP battery, very impressive Well have a Provari in your mitts in no time

Hi and welcome to AAE-C Juice recommendations can be tricky as we all have different taste, but Red Astaire by T-Juice is very popular and for good reason too! Think Tunes but without the medicinal taste. It is quite tricky to describe but tastes lovely. www.joosejuice.co.uk is also worth a try, the 10ml bottles are £1.49 a pop so you can try plenty of flavours without spending too much. If you like menthol, they do the best I have tried. As for clearos, the Aspire Nautilus is well worth trying. I own a couple and in the 4-5 months I've been using them I'm yet to run into any problems with leaking etc. They aren't the cheapest on the market, but build quality is top notch and they are pretty economical to run, they don't guzzle juice and the coils last for ages. They are incredibly easy to fill and clean too. I can't vouch for the mini version, but so far all of the reviews have been incredibly positive. Sent from my HTC One_M8 using proboards
