If you vape at 0mg, I personally think it is a really stupid idea to increase - you will become ANTZ best friend. Which means you will lose friends here!

That may not be, many people can increase and down, i believe i can. By the way, i'm not drug, nic and heroin have a big difference.

I just feel as a person who is and was a non smoker, introducing nicotine into your vape isn't wise. Vaping flavours for pleasure is fine and its simple to buy or make e-liquid without nicotine. '0' mg is readily available.

For more vapour, you want a high vg content. You can even vape 100% vegetable glycerine (dilute with flavour) you would have clouds! and no addiction, so keep to no nicotine

I'm not really planning on dropping down from the 24mg,at least for the foreseeable.

I'm working on the theory that vaping isn't really harming me,at least compared to an oz of Drum per day,so I've already done my body a huge favour anyway.

Started at 18mg now have a variety of 18mg and 12mg aiming to drop to the 12mg completely so as I use up the 18mg juice I replace with 12mg. Haven't noticed any increase in my vaping or cravings - if anything my vaping has now levelled off and I'm not chain vaping quite as much as I was when I started, there are actually times when I don't have an e-cig in my hand!!

Started off on 18 mg dropped to 14mg now I mix I'm on 12 mg plan to drop at 1mg a month.
On a side note I have quite a few odd 18 mg bottles left unsure what to do with em will keep an eye on pay it forward and prolly pop on there.

started on 24 for many months, began mixing, and have stepped down, mixed last batch at 15mg, but after using the first 30-odd ml, think I'm going to have to pep up the rest back closer to 18-20mg, it's just not quite doing it for me......

Started on 18mg but now anywhere between 12 to 18,i'll gradually reduce it.

Started on 18/24mg, but then quickly dropped to exclusively 18mg as the stronger stuff was giving me wheeziness. Now dropped to 10mg almost entirely, with brief forays into single figures.
Mixing my own, I just use the same base figures for 10ml, hakes things nice and easy!
I would like to drop to around 6/8mg in time, but not in any hurry
