then slowly worked down to zero, but that led the odd binge of 40 Marlboro Reds
6 mg ended up chain vaping and using 13 ml a day
10 mg went back down to vaping 8 ml a day overnight and stayed there for months, but getting closer to 10 ml a day now, not chain vaping often though.

i do try and keep my fluid levels up always have a litre bottle of water with a hint of cherry with me, i avoid caffeine after around 7pm as i wake up dehydrated headache in the morning and that is almost migraine status, never used to be like that only in past few years since i became ill, so i do have to be careful esp as i'm diabetic as well high blood sugars make me drink plenty as well,

I'm on 6mg/ml but occasionally I need something stronger, like 16mg/ml

Started on 18mg, then 24mg, then 30mg. Soon came back down to 24mg. Now on 12mg during the day and 10mg in the evening, but still have some 16mg for when out and about. Want to level out at 10mg all day before I even consider dropping any lower. Bought far too much eliquid and nic base to be in a hurry lowering levels.

Just a bit groggy, had a few beers last night and was chain vaping. i have a bit of a sore throat and not sure if it's from vaping or passive smoking.

the self inflicted hangover i don't get them even when i did drink not that i drink these days doesn't go with the morphine although i have been known to have a voddie or two every now and then,  but i can sympathise, trick is to drink plenty of water before bed, bit late now, drink some oj,

Depends what im using on top and what juice... Anything that even resembles a tank 24mg, With drippers i go lower, 16mg on tobacco juices and 18mg on fruity stuff.

24 mg all the way for me I keep telling myself next order 18 mg but I keep pushing the button on 24mg I have tried 18 as I got some sent to me and I am ok on it but will stick with the 24 until I start mixing and will try that on 18

Ah ronaldo but that's one of the many benefits of mixing your own. Should you choose to reduce you don't have to take big 6mg steps

Started on 18mg, gradually took it down to 8mg but had to go back up a bit to 11mg. Now settled on this, but I can see me lowering it again in the next couple of months.
