clairea I get the odd flare up but I find acidophlius far better than anything the medics can give me. (http://www.hollandandbarrett.com/shop/vitamins-supplements/acidophilus/#totalNumRecs=33&rpp=15) I took that for about a week (it varies between £6 a bottle to about £15 depending where you get it from - health food shop or holland and barratt and has to be kept in the fridge so the bacteria don't die) and then stayed on that for 6 months and it was all sorted. If I do get a flare up now the GP refuses to give me anything because they know the acidophlius will work better

I'm confident if I hadn't started vaping I'd still be smoking We might vape lots of flavours which differs to when we smoked but then when caught short who hasn't cadged an unfamiliar tab of a friend just to get that fix. Err me not even touched a cig since the weekend I tried my first e-cig Bluefish me neither mate, not had a cig since nov 19th 2013 the day I received my Mirage 650 eGo The cadging I referred to was prior to this date

I agree about the different flavours .... in recent years I smoked Old Holborn rollies exclusively If I may ask, what flavour are you vaping now? Is it similar to Old Holborn? When I first started vaping I was using Virginia which was nothing like real tobacco. I tried a few others and none of them are remotely like Old Holborn, but I realized I didn't need tobacco flavours, others were fine. One of my favourites now is Peaches & Cream .... but I keep several mixes on hand and just go from one to another through the day. I don't mix my own liquid as such and have no interest in doing so, I just add a few drops of this and a couple of drops of that until I end up with a pleasing taste.

It took me a while to find a tobacco flavour I liked and up until then, my mainstay was cherry menthol. I now use Royal tobacco flavour by FlavourArt and I mix my own. However, this summer I have "found"!!!! that I am very partial to pure fruit flavours like Lime & Lemon, Blood Orange and Apple. Anything with pastry or cream in the flavour makes my mouth feel like its covered with fur. Pure fruit flavours leave a zing in my mouth and are very refreshing especially in hot weather.
