reddragonNo one has said this before but if you have an ego battery it may be you are not switching it on hence no vape Can't recall if it's 3 quick presses of the ego battery to switch on or 5 but may be well worth a try before you give up on that ego-t battery

reddragon Hello and welcome to the most friendly forum I've ever been on! Sounds like you've been sorted out by Super-Shiny and others already. No question is treated as daft here, and never seen anyone just say "google it" which I find a bit unfriendly on other forums, there is loads you can learn related to vaping but once you find what works for you then you don't need to know about it.....unless becomes a hobby like it has for many.

The woman is having trouble with a simple carto and battery setup and people are posting links to VV and clearomizers even when she has said a few times that she likes cartomisers ... Keep it simple with a boge cartomiser and simple ego style battery, ive said it a million times on lots of forums but there is always someone who slaps it down...lol... if you do happen to like ciggalike kits and they keep you happy ( like they did fo me for over 2 years) then there are decent ones out there regardless of what the tech geeks and brand snobs think.

@agenthoover VV batteries are dead simple to use if someone is using the same ohms heads...i.e 1.8ohms set at around 4.2volts and leave it there or if feeling a bit adventurous move it up and down a bit......as for Boge cartomizers gimme a basic clearomizer anyday to fill up with juice over a cartomizer Besides we are only a short click away if she has any problems, plenty here that will help.

Don’t want to cause a fight , Agenthoover if you have anything to help out on the above I would be grateful, I am learning a lot and am happy to take all advice / recommendations on board. If we all agreed all the time the world would be a boring place

reddragonIf you just want good, cheap cartos compatible with your battery then go here linkAnd scroll to whatever size/resistance Boge carto that you want [maybe even try a few and see what you prefer, they're VERY cheap].

oops, nearly missed that. They should work on your battery. Perhaps the problem is there. Can you test it on something else to see if it's fully charged and working properly?

Thanks prowler, the connections are different on the cloud9 to the boge ones you directed me to (the threads look the same but the connecter part looks different) I have ordered some of the boge (nice and cheap!!) and if they don’t work with the ego-t then I will take it back to the shop. The battery is showing as fully charged when I plug it in and it is lighting up fine so I am at a loss. Thanks to all who have contributed, I have had some wonderful advice, learned a heap more and (hopefully) will have a various set ups that will suit my needs and also widen my horizons, ta muchly wonderful people Red

So long as you're ok with all this reddragonBoges are fine though I'm fussy and will only use dual coil low resistance ones (yeah try saying that when you're tipsy LOL).... I've used 510 ones before though and they did me for a good year or two You can try out what super shiny suggested. He won't have given you stuff to buy that costs the earth - nothing lost And get the cartos (boge thingies) from wizard whilst they are on offer or visit one of their shops

I have ordered some of the kit shiny recommended along with a evod bcc (I think ha ha) and about 12 of the cheap boges so I can have all 8 of the fruity samples I have on the go at the same time . Smoking cigs was so dull in comparison, at the moment I have a green smoke with absolute tobacco 1.8, a greensmoke with vanilla 1.8 and a greensmoke battery with a less than ideal kind of connection to a cartomizer with double mint 1.8. Tonight after a few beers I will swap to a 2.4 tobacco. My only problem now is I only have 2 hands I wish I had discovered e-cigs long ago, what have I been missing out on!! Next sunday I am out for the day with my 2 sisters, lets see if I can get a couple of converts Red
