could anyone give any guidance as what % to custard? IE 10% fruit 10% custard maybe sweetener on top?

Sent dobby a couple of mixes. Orange and Lemon Meringue Pie.
OMG how strong is that Orange !!!!! 1st time I've opened it.
Very strong "aroma" and it started to eat my syringe making it stick and hard to slide. WOW. cleaned syringe and seems ok but the base of the needle (plastic where it meets metal) has gone white and frosted. Must be a tank cracker for sure !!!!

Its my first shot at pineapple custard. Its more hope than expectation with this one ronaldo. The steeping time is a killer with these types though.
