could anyone give any guidance as what % to custard? IE 10% fruit 10% custard maybe sweetener on top? or any you think would mix together for example. Cocobanana Custard lol ? Ruffie As you're mainly using Inawera fruits, which are quite intense . . . I'd start a lot lower on those, maybe 5% and 12-15% of VC ruffdog. 1% sweetener and maybe a little French Vanilla Deluxe if you have it. Otherwise the fruits will overpower the custard.
