Hi All, How do people go about choosing e-liquids? I am begining to go off full tobacco flavours so am looking for some choices. Looking at vendors a lot of sample packs are by theme (mint/fruit/vanilla etc) which I am not sure I need to try 15 different vanilla flavours (yet!!) So I was thinking of getting a sample pack by brand, which should give me more variety to try, but then the question is which brand? Also looking at the samples, I would prefer 18mg so that the sample would be the equivalent of what I would vape but a lot vary, how much difference would I notice testing a lower nicotine flavour from the 18mg one if I chose to buy? Any experience, recommendations, thoughts would be welcome. Ta muchly Red

In my experience there are far more poor juice suppliers than good ones, I'm guessing that a lot of them are 'economical' with their concentrates and the end result is a very weak flavour, I have now moved on to mixing my own, that way I can make them as strong as I like.
Of the reputable companies out there the only one I have tried who's flavours are really worth calling that is t-juice, they are mostly accurate and generally of good strangth.
Regarding your nic questipn, I would almost guarantee that if someone filled your tank with 12mg and told you it was 18mg you wouldn't know the difference, I'd even go so far as saying you could probably drop to 6mg (if the flavour is right) but your mind will be telling you that you need more nic, I tried my own test, I mixed 2 bottles of TJ vampvape one at 10mg the other at 0mg, I didn't label the bottles and I cant tell which is which

As you are not sure what flavours you may or may not like I would recommend a mid priced vendor. LTecigs sell good quality juice at a reasonable price, you could try a selection of different flavours. The smaller samples 1ml etc I find are no use, because sometimes you can try a new juice and think oooh, but after 3ml you think urgh. The cheaper juices are not for everyone, and the more expensive ones you can try when you at least have an idea of what flavours you favour. www.ltecigs.larsentilbrook.co.uk/index.php?route=common/homeI started out with their juices and they are very good

The way I found my fave vapes was to go back into my childhood and my favourite sweets. Aniseed (Aniseed Balls) and Minty The Toff (Mint Toffos). They got me off, and keep me off the stinkies.

They sell 10ml for £1.25 each, and have 9 flavours to choose from. Its not as if they're always going to be so cheap, they are just on special as they are a brand new company (about 5 weeks old now or something). Also, it doesn't matter how many 10ml bottles you order, the postage will always be £1.49 for 1st Class Postage (if I remember correctly), so its great to stock up on 1 of every flavour, try them all, then choose your favourite, and stock up on that while its still so cheap. That's exactly what I done, and I fell in love with Lickwid's peppermint Candy. I find it has better taste than any of the premium juices I've tried (personally), that cost me between £9-15 for a bottle of the same size (10ml). With how cheap lickwid is, I can stock up on a multitude of different flavours and nic strength, for the same price of ONE bottle of 'premium liquid'. If you need any help, I think Lickwids best juices are (personally); 1. Peppermint Candy 2. Forest Berry Blast 3. Raspberry Revolution BONUS: Menthol Mania (if I mix 1/3rd Menthol Mania with 2/3rd Peppermint candy, THATS my ADV. Simply stunning) No matter how you go about it, I wish you the best of luck. I've been vaping for almost 2 months, and have spent almost £70 on juices, and I STILL couldn't tell someone what my preffered e liquid taste is. Hopefully you find out what yours is faster than I'm finding mine Good luck

I use LT e-cigs and have 30ml of the Caramel Deluxe in my basket. It's the best Caramel I have vaped....by a long, long way.
However, the Vanillas are disappointing i.m.o.
Sadly, I don't like many of the ranges offered by the very cheap vendors, but LT are usually really good once you get into the "LT exclusive" range.
Cheap juice is usually quite poor. Expensive juice tends to be reliably good, but if you don't like the flavour, that's another £5 wasted. I tried a few at Vapefest which were clearly well thought through (and flavoursome enough) but just not to my taste.

Buy a variety of flavours, even those that you wouldn't imagine using and try it reddragon . . . though don't discount anything, because your tastes may change over time. Smoke Rainbow is a good way of testing new flavours if you're not too bothered by nic strength: www.smokerainbow.com/

A pretty safe way to go about it would be to buy one (or a few) of all TYPES of flavours. Buy a few different fruits, a tobacco, a menthol/mint, a dessert type etc. and just see which TYPE of liquid you like. This will help with getting rid of any type you don't, such as menthol liquids (in my Dads case). Then, from there, you can start trying different things. Smoke Rainbow is brilliant for getting started though, and I don't know anyone else that offers what they offer. Maybe take a look at that website and see what you like

Thanks all, very helpful. I love the sound of loads on LT and my shopping cart was getting out of control So I am going to try a variety of types (thanks callumcutter1) from smoke rainbow to try to find what types I like best and then concentrate on them from LT. I have some that I am trying and whilst I have only found 1 that I can’t stand, there is nothing that I think I could vape for most of the time and I end up with 3 or 4 on the go all the time. I used to be undecided but now I’m not sure Red
