You need to use an intermediary website such as Photobucket or the like.
Once your pics are on there, you link them to here using the IMG code.
Any pics I put onto Photobucket, I edit and reduce them to 600 pixels wide and that way they fit well onto this site.

Actually you DONT need a third party any more, there is an 'add image' button on the post creation screen, just click on that and upload that way
