Firstly I would like to say a massive thank you to everybody for there patience whilst we have been working on our new platform. Everybody we have spoken with during downtime has been an absolute pleasure to deal with, understanding on our situation and also very patient. This has made our lives a lot easier, and as one good turn deserves another, we will be hosting a permanent discount code for all AAEC members as a thank you. Just use code AAEC at the checkouts on spends over £20 to receive 5% off.

So whats taken us so long, what have we done and where are we going with everything liquid?

Behind the scenes we have had a massive re-haul within the factory, within the past 6 months we have grown exponentially and not really had a chance to catch up or stay on top of things. With orders being on hold for the past two weeks this has allowed us to ensure our full range is now retail ready, pre-packaged and ready for dispatch. This will improve our overall level of service and help us to keep on top of orders moving forward.

For our wholesale customers, we are currently working on a new members section which we aim to release within the next week.
This section will allow manufacturers to view and purchase in bulk without having to call up or request quotes. We will be able to supply the following items and quantities within 1 - 2 working days.

PET / LDPE Bottles - Up to 200k

PG / VG - Up to 500 KG of each, 1 week for IBC's.

Nicotine - Up to 500KG of either PG or VG based - 3 weeks for IBC's.

There is much more in the pipeline, however we will keep a few bits back as otherwise you lot would get bored of us to quickly

Anywhoo, business as usual now. If anybody has any questions or concerns about orders made on the previous site please do get in touch and we will aim to resolve them as soon as possible.

£70 for a litre is a good price (ignoring discounts).
It's good to see the analysis results for VG & PG. If your supplier could give you batch testing results that would be amazing (but may not be possible). Material Data Safety Sheets would complete the resources page.

Absolutely agree with everything that tomj777 says, apart from the fact that the error is #400, not #404. #404 means 'page not found', and '400, 'bad request', meaning that the server is unable to complete the request.

Either way, it dun't work my 'ansom!!

Thanks for pointing that out, we aim to have this fixed by Monday.  I'm not the greatest with website modifications so will be getting the guy that created the site to change this over for us.  We do however have the documents stated so if anybody would like a copy in the meantime feel free to PM me or drop an email and I will send it right over!

everythingliquid - having been on the receiving end of a website that doesn't do what you want, there's nothing more frustrating. Like you, I'm not the most au fait with coding etc., but thought you might appreciate knowing what the fault is, even if you have to ask 'your man' to fix it!
