After being very patient I have finally sampled my babies Mmm brandy custard is lovely can taste the alcohol  My dulce de leche version and CLC taste a bit harsh  maybe more sweetener ? With hindsight I should of mixed 50/50 but I made 70/30 as I usually do with everything else ! Could this be a factor ? |

One I made with too much dulce Le leche was very harsh. 1% Sweetener improved it a lot but was still a little harsh. Adding some french vanilla deluxe also softened it a bit but it was still not 100% as I would have liked it.

They're still quite young jaysey. But if you followed the CLC recipe, then it really shouldn't need more sweetener as it's plenty sweet. Although I do mix mine @ 50/50 so it could be a factor. Give it another few weeks tucked up in bed. |

now jaysey you should know by now that babies are only ready when they are ready you cannot rush a baby they will all mature at there own rate so patience is what is needed just give them time I am sure your perfect little Boro babes will be fine just give them time |
