Does this mean that the WHO is going to threaten legal action to EVERY single unauthorised use of the word WHO ( including myself now ) and every single media article mentioning them ?

I don't think so , otherwise , this is NOT freedom of speech and I'm sure if it went to court , Mr Bates would win.

I think that when world bodies like this are doing things like this , it's a LARGE sign of desperation and the truth will come out sooner , as people WILL come out and say , "Well , what is your PROOF of the things that you've said ? " , to which they will not have an answer and will have to retract their statements.

Things are looking up for us.I seem to remember both my parents saying to me , think before you act !

It does show that they don't have any science that suits their goals as after softening their policy due to lack of science and the criticism of many experts they feel the need to go on a PR BS offensive with rhetoric and no facts and try to intimidate commentators like Clive Bates (they have no chance there).
